XSPlatforms have introduced a new and ingenious roof-mounted safety anchor for improved protection during high-level works: the XTS-Impact. The XTS-Impact is our own invention and features an intelligent reaction mechanism. In the event of a fall the mechanism absorbs the released energy and transfers it to the anchorage bolt and building.

Flexible. The XTS-Impact anchorage point flexes in the direction of the fall. This simple but unique system allows the anchorage point to be installed on practically any type of roof, making it more cost-effective than other, conventional anchor systems. The XSPlatforms flexing anchorage point is easy to replace after a fall, minimising roof damage. The XTS-Impact anchorage point is a patented device and has been certified to EN 795 classes A1 and C.

Rapid installation. The XTS-Impact is simple to install on hollow-core prefab concrete, solid concrete, timber, or steel roofs. Installation is four to five times as fast as with conventional anchorage points, and fewer anchorage points can be used than before. The XTS-Impact is fitted directly onto the existing roofing material without any structural adaptations or added building costs.
